Alexander McQueen and Net-a-Porter team up for innovative new fashion venture
Taking online shopping to a whole new level, Net-a-Porter have teamed up with Alexander McQueen for an innovative new approach to designer fashion.
On Monday 29th September the luxury style site will give customers the opportunity to watch McQueen’s Pre-SS09 show straight from the front row, with the exclusive show debuting on the website.
See something you like? Then there is no need to wait, as all eight looks will be available to buy immediately after the show finishes.
Bringing new meaning to the term fast fashion, the items will not be on sale anywhere else for a further two months.
The event follows on the success from a similar venture with Halston last year. Just 24 hours after the designer show took place at New York Fashion Week, customers were given the chance to buy two looks from the show at Net-a-Porter, which were quickly a sell-out hit.
