Yes, at Sephora, when you place an order over £20, you'll qualify for free standard delivery which is typically £3.95. This will take 2-3 working days to arrive via Evri.
Does Sephora offer express delivery?
Indeed, they do. If you're after a faster delivery option, you can opt for next-day delivery for £4.95. Better yet, if your order is over £20, this option becomes free of charge. This will arrive the following working day, provided that you place your order before 6 pm.
Does Sephora offer Click & Collect?
They do! If you are more than happy to pick up your order from a collection point of your choice, you can opt for next-day Click & Collect, free of charge on all orders over £20, or for £3.95 on orders below. This will be ready for collection the following working day, provided that you place your order before 6pm.
Is there a Sephora student discount?
Yes, Sephora offers a 15% discount for students when they verify their student status using UNiDAYS. If this applies to you, simply log in or sign up for a UNiDAYS account to receive an exclusive student discount code directly into your email inbox. Copy and paste the student discount code into the discount code box and click ‘Apply’. Your 15% discount should automatically be applied to your total.
Does Sephora offer an NHS discount?

Was Sephora previously Feelunique.com?
Yes. Feelunique.com rebranded as Sephora in 2022, as a way to offer Sephora products to UK customers who could not previously shop at Sephora. All of Feelunique’s favourite features have remained, with a few more being added. What is the Sephora returns policy?
Sephora understands that finding the perfect foundation shade can prove difficult, so happily accepts returns, for free, made within 28 days of delivery as long as they are unused and have no signs of use. If you have suffered from an allergic reaction to your product, contact the Sephora customer care team.
How do I make a return to Sephora?
To make a return using the Sephora free pre-paid returns service, access the returns portal on their website. Next, enter your order number, postcode and email address into the returns form, stating which item you would like to return and the reason for this. Select the returns method that is most convenient for you and select your chosen drop-off location from the list. Your returned item may take up to 10 days to be processed by the Sephora warehouse team, and will refund will appear in your account in up to 5 more days, so allow around 15 days for your refund to be processed.
