Does Reiss offer free delivery?
Currently, Reiss only offers free delivery to its stores. Alternatively, next-day delivery to your home costs £5.95. You can also choose to deliver to an Evri locker or parcel shop for £5.95.
Is there a Reiss first order discount?
Yes. If you sign up for the REISS newsletter, you will receive a 10% promo code to use on your first order.
Does Reiss give a Blue Light discount?
At this time, no. Reiss does not list a Blue Light Card or NHS discount on its website. If this changes in the future, we’ll let you know right here. In the meantime, you can still save on your Reiss order with one of our Reiss discount codes.
Does Reiss offer student discounts?

Can I return an item to Reiss without a receipt?
Reiss will only accept returns in-store with a valid Reiss receipt. You can return both online and store-bought items to your nearest Reiss store within 28 days of purchase. Your item will need to be in its original condition, unused, and with any tags attached.
