Two celebrities, one fabulous dress... but who do YOU think wore the look best?
Lily Cole and Pixie Geldof caused a stir when they stepped out in the same silky dress in the space of seven days. But who do YOU think wore the look best?
The dress in question comes from Giles A/W 11 collection which drew influence and inspiration from Paul Delaroche’s emotive painting The Execution of Lady Grey, which is hung in the London National Gallery.
And it’s fast becoming a red carpet hit despite its sombre subject matter – Lady Grey was beheaded after only nine days on the throne, a political pawn whose destiny was out of her own control.
It was Lily Cole who gave the gown its red carpet debut at the Toronto International Film Festival barely a week ago, teaming hers with sudded black pumps and a smouldering stare.
Meanwhile Pixie sat front row of the Giles S/S 12 show in the exquisite creation on Monday, adding peeptoe heels and smattering of jewels.
Both ladies flaunt their figures fully in the silk dress but who do YOU think looks best? Tell us in the comments box below…
