A quick change of outfit and Beyonce was ready to give another electric performance on-stage at the MTV VMAs, wearing a white blouse, black high-waisted trousers and a purple sequinned jacket - all by Dolce & Gabbana - which she later unbuttoned at the end of her performance to reveal her growing bump once more, as husband Jay-Z cheered from the audience.
