What shipping costs are there for Glossybox?
When you sign up for a Glossybox subscription, there are no additional delivery charges. Glossybox also has free delivery for all other orders of over £35. If your order is less than this, delivery will cost £4.99.
Can I get a Glossybox NHS discount?
Sadly, Glossybox does not offer an NHS discount. However, you can still save at Glossybox by using one of our Glossybox discount codes or vouchers. You can also sign up for the newsletter to get a first order discount code.
Does Glossybox have any existing customer discounts?

Yes, Glossybox does have an app you can download onto your phone. With the Glossybox app, you can get exclusive discounts and early access to new products or beauty edits.
What is the returns policy at Glossybox?
As Glossybox is a subscription service, you can cancel your contract within 14 days of purchasing your subscription. It’s advised that cancelling a subscription will not refund any orders paid for, but will stop future month’s charges. If an item is faulty and you require a return, you should contact the Glossybox customer service team.
