  • Skin health guru Howard Murad introduces state-of-the-art technology to consumer skincare

Dermatologist extraordinaire Howard Murad has just launched the newest addition to his signature Murad skincare line: the Youthcam.

It’s a state-of-the-art skin analysis system with a super-high resolution camera that reads your skin’s health.

A snap shot of your face is taken and then analysed with DermaDiagnose software, which is based on Dr. Murad’s own six skin health markers – hydration, fine lines & wrinkles, pigmentation, redness, acne, and pore visibility.

At the end of the session, the YouthCam reveals how your skin may age in five to ten years’ time, and shows you how you can improve your skin’s future with changes in skincare habits. You take away these three images (now, future, and potential), with your customised product recommendations.

We tried out the YouthCam and were shocked into a comprehensive skincare regime. Turns out seeing truly is believing.

At the moment, you can find the YouthCam at Oxford Street’s House of Fraser, but it’ll be available globally in the new year.
