Does FitFlop offer free delivery?
Yes, at FitFlop you can enjoy free standard delivery on all orders over £99, which typically takes 3-5 working days. For orders below £99, standard delivery is £3.95.
Does FitFlop offer next-day delivery?
Yes, you can opt for next-day delivery for £5.95 which will arrive the following working day provided that you place your order before 9 pm from Monday to Saturday and 4 pm on Sundays.
Does FitFlop offer Click & Collect?
At FitFlop, they offer the option for DPD Click & Collect for £5.95 where you can pick up your order from your closest DPD collection point. When your order is ready for collection, you will be notified and will need to take the DPD notification with you as it includes the barcode required for identification.
Does FitFlop offer a student discount?
FitFlop does not currently offer a student discount, but if this changes we'll be the first to let you know. Alternatively, you can use one of our tried and tested FitFlop discount codes to help you save on your purchase.
Is there a FitFlop NHS discount?
Yes, Keyworkers and Blue Light Card members can enjoy 15% off with the FitFlop keyworker discount. To claim this code, you must verify your keyworker status on the FitFlop promotion page. This is available for those in the NHS, military, teachers, and care and social workers.
How should I properly clean and care for my shoes?
At FitFlop, they advise that you clean the uppers using any product that is designed for use on the upper material. They also recommend that any spills or stains be treated sooner rather than later. Does FitFlop offer free returns?
Yes, FitFlop offers free returns on all returns. If you would like to return your latest FitFlop purchase, you have up to 28 days from the delivery date to do so. All items must be in an unworn, original condition to be eligible for a full refund. Clearance items are not eligible for free returns.
