Does Vestiaire Collective offer free delivery?
Unfortunately, Vestiaire doesn't offer a free delivery method at this time. Their standard delivery option for UK orders up to £1000 is £5. For over £1000, delivery will cost £20. Alternatively, check out our discount codes because we occasionally offer free delivery.
Can I get a Vestiaire Collective first order discount?
You can claim 15% off your first Vestiaire order on both the website and app by using their unique 'WELCOME15' code. Please note, this code has a can only be used on orders over £100.
What payment methods can I use at Vestiaire Collective?
Their list of accepted payment methods includes but is not limited to: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay and Google Pay. You can also pay for your item in instalments which can make purchasing any luxury item a little easier on the wallet.
How do you list an item on Vestiaire Collective?
Sign into or create an account, navigate to ‘Sell an item’ on the website or ‘Sell’ on the app. From there, enter the necessary information (category, brand, size etc.), choose your price, and then upload up to 10 photos. Add a detailed description (which must include any flaws, faults or damage). Over the next 48 hours, your listing will be checked by their expert team who will notify you when it has gone live.
Is Vestiaire Collective legitimate?
Yes, Vestiaire Collective is legitimate. If you're worried, you can opt to place your order with authenticated shipping for £15. This means your order will be shipped to the Vestiaire Collective hub and meticulously checked by their expert team before it is shipped out to you and guarantees that the item you are getting is legitimate.
What is Vestiaire Collective’s return policy?
If you have purchased something from an individual seller, you have up to 72 hours to relist the item completely free of charge and you will keep 100% of the earnings from the sale. If you miss the 72-hour window but are within 14 days, you can still relist your item but there will be a small processing fee. You have the same 72-hour relisting option with a professional seller, however, you also have up to 14 days to return your item to the seller for a full refund.
