How long is Surfdome delivery?
Surfdome has 5 delivery options available in total so the estimated times can vary considerably. Depending on which option you choose to go for, you could receive your order by the next working day or you could receive it within 4 to 5 working days. All of the information retaining to delivery time can be found with each option and an estimated delivery date.
Is there Surfdome free delivery?
Unfortunately, there isn't free Surfdome delivery available but it doesn't cost an arm and a leg either. It's £5.99 for their standard delivery charge and £7.50 for their next day delivery cost.
What is Surfdome’s return policy?
Sometimes, your order arrives and it just isn’t what you expected and that’s ok. If you would like to return your Surfdome order, you have up to 60 days from the date of delivery to send it back to them. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition and with their original tags and labels attached.
Where can I find a Surfdome student discount?
Unfortunately, there isn't a Surfdome student discount code available at this time but they have been available before and could be again. We update our information regularly so keep an eye out and save next time a Surfdome student discount is available.
Is there a Surfdome NHS discount code?
Surfdome doesn't offer an NHS discount at this time. However, you can still save on your next order, just browse our list of offers to find some great deals.
How do you contact Surfdome UK?
If the FAQ section just isn’t cutting it, you can contact the Surfdome customer service team in a couple of ways. Price Match: There is a lot to be said for a loyal customer and Surfdome appreciates anyone who may come their way. Because of this, they are more than happy to price match items against their own so you can get the best deal whilst shopping with a retailer you trust. To qualify for the price match function, you will need to make sure the product is from a UK store with GBP pricing (not with a sales price), the two comparing products are identical and it must be available in the same colour and size. How to use your Surfdome voucher code
