What are the Mr Porter delivery options?
At Mr Porter, they have a wide range of delivery options available for you to choose from. Standard delivery to most postcodes costs £7 for orders under £200 and is free for orders over that amount, and will take up to 3 working days to arrive. If you’d prefer something a little more speedy, Mr Porter also offers the Next Day delivery for £10, which will arrive the next working day, providing that you place your order by 3:00pm. They also offer Nominated Day delivery for £10, which you must order by 5:00pm. If these options are not suited to your needs, you can opt for Premier Daytime or Premier Evening delivery for £15, which will arrive on the same day, providing that you place your order by 10:00am. Please note that Premier Daytime and Evening delivery is only applicable in London and selected surrounding areas.
Is there a Mr Porter price match guarantee?
Yes there is, and it couldn't be simpler! They will offer a price adjustment to any item purchased within the last 7 days. You will also have to prove that the exact same item (including size, style, and colour) is available at a lower price. The price change will be honoured in store credit which you will have up to 12 months to use. Unfortunately, they are unable to offer their price match guarantee on items that have already been reduced or are part of a special promotion as these prices are temporary. What payment methods are available at Mr Porter?
