With the global pandemic still ongoing, fashion month as we know it has changed, perhaps forever. New York Fashion Week has been renamed the American Collections Calendar due to designers such as Tom Ford and Michael Kors stepping down from the original schedule to show their new collections at later dates.

Meanwhile the other fashion weeks are going ahead, but in the hybrid digital and physical format we discovered last season. While London will be digital only this season, with shows filmed sans audience, the good news is that you can get involved by watching everything from home.

And trust me, a little thing like Covid-19 will not be stifling any creative spirits...

London Fashion Week 2021 dates

This season, London Fashion Week, presented by Clearpay, will take place from Friday 19th to Tuesday 23nd February.

How to watch London Fashion Week 2021

While normally physical shows would be strictly invite only, the new digital format has totally democratised fashion, meaning everyone who loves it can watch from the comfort of their own homes, via the London Fashion Week website, as well as on social media.

You'll be able to get access to collection lookbooks, virtual catwalk shows, designer interviews, panels and much more.

London Fashion Week 2020 schedule

This LFW will be a mix of womenswear, menswear and gender neutral Autumn/Winter 2021 collections. Designers showing include Burberry, Halpern, Temperley, Richard Malone, Emilia Wickstead, Erdem and Victoria Beckham amongst others. There will also be a spotlight on emerging talent.

The full schedule is available at londonfashionweek.co.uk, and you can keep up-to-date with the events as they happen through our best street style and catwalk looks edits, as well as all the gossip and trends.

Penny Goldstone

Penny Goldstone is the Digital Fashion Editor at Marie Claire, covering everything from catwalk trends to royal fashion and the latest high street and Instagram must-haves.

Penny grew up in France and studied languages and law at the Sorbonne Nouvelle University in Paris before moving to the UK for her MA in multimedia journalism at Bournemouth University. She moved to the UK permanently and has never looked back (though she does go back regularly to stock up on cheese and wine).

Although she's always loved fashion - she used to create scrapbooks of her favourite trends and looks, including Sienna Miller and Kate Moss' boho phase - her first job was at MoneySavingExpert.com, sourcing the best deals for everything from restaurants to designer sales.

However she quit after two years to follow her true passion, fashion journalism, and after many years of internships and freelance stints at magazines including Red, Cosmopolitan, Stylist and Good Housekeeping, landed her dream job as the Digital Fashion Editor at Marie Claire UK.

Her favourite part of the job is discovering new brands and meeting designers, and travelling the world to attend events and fashion shows. Seeing her first Chanel runway IRL at Paris Fashion Week was a true pinch-me moment.
