If you simply can't wait to receive your new fragrance(s), you can opt for next-day delivery for £4.95. This will arrive the following working day provided that you place your order by 9pm.
Does The Perfume Shop offer Click & Collect?
If you'd prefer to pick up your order from your nearest store or a collection point, you can opt for Click & Collect free of charge. If you're collecting from a store, this typically takes up to 30 minutes to be available for collection, while collecting from a collection point can take 3-5 working days.
What payment methods does the Perfume Shop accept?
When you are placing your order with the Perfume Shop, you can pay for your purchase using Visa, Visa Delta, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay and PayPal.
Can you cancel or amend your Perfume Shop order?
When you place an order with the Perfume Shop, they will begin processing it as soon as possible. Because of this, unfortunately, they are unable to accommodate an amendment or cancellation once your order has been placed. If you would like to change your order, you will need to return your original order for a refund and then place an order for the correct item.

What is the difference between aftershave, EDT and EDP?
The main difference between aftershave, EDT (Eau De Toilette) and EDP (Eau De Parfum) is the amount or the concentration of the fragrance oils in each perfume. When the concentration is higher, the fragrance will last longer which will mean your bottle will last longer. It’s worth noting that an EDT and EDP of the same fragrance can vary a little so it’s worth trying out these scents in person.

Naturally, this means you may need to return your scent from time to time, and it’s an easy task with the Perfume Shop. If you would like to return your order, you have up to 90 days to do so. All returned items must be in their original condition with any labels or tags attached.

Yes, when you return your order within 90 days of purchase, you can return it free of charge via Royal Mail. You can also return your order to your nearest store if that works better for you.
