Is there a Superdrug free delivery option?

Your order will qualify for their free standard delivery when you spend over £20 if you’re a Health & Beauty card member or over £25 for non-members. Their click-and-collect options are also free of charge. 

Can I claim a Superdrug student discount?

Superdrug offers a 10% student discount to any eligible student. If you’re shopping online, you can get this discount by verifying your student status with Student Beans. If you’re shopping in store, show your valid student ID or NUS/Totum with a Health & Beauty card to receive this student discount.  

What is Superdrug’s return policy?

You have up to 28 days from the date of purchase to return your order. You will receive a full refund if the products are returned in an unused and resaleable condition. 

Can I return an online Superdrug order to a store?

Yes, you can return your online purchase to your local shop. To do this, you will need a printout of your returns summary and the original payment card.
