Does LuisaViaRoma offer a UK Student Discount code?
LuisaViaRoma does not currently run any student discount deals, but we’ll be sure to let you know if this changes. Students can instead enjoy the savings that can be found in the sale section of their website.
Does LuisaViaRoma offer any NHS discounts?
Unfortunately, LuisaViaRoma doesn’t offer any discounts for NHS workers as they are based in Italy.

Does LuisaViaRoma offer free UK shipping?
Unfortunately not. Their express shipping service to the UK costs £16 and is inclusive of all duty and import fees. LuisaViaRoma dispatches items using DHL or UPS and does not deliver to PO Boxes.
Does LuisaViaRoma accept returns?
Yep! If you’re not happy with your item, you can return or exchange it within 28 days of the order’s delivery date. Just make sure that the items are in their original packaging with the security tag attached, and that there are no signs of wear. However, shipping fees are non-refundable.
When will I receive my refund?
Your refund will be processed as soon as it has been returned to the LuisaViaRoma warehouse and the items have been verified. It may take up to 10 days for your money to return to your account.
What payment types does LuisaViaRoma accept?
LuisaViaRoma accepts visa, Mastercard, American Express credit cards, bank wire transfers, PayPal, WeChat pay and affirm.
