You’ll actually want to wear these Harry Potter charm bracelets

So magical (sorry)

So magical (sorry)

We know we know, Harry Potter merchandise can be very cheesy, even for the most hardcore of fans.

But a new jewellery line of Potter-themed charm bracelets has been launched by Think Geek, and they’re actually really lovely.

There are complete bracelets themed after each of the four houses, which of course you’ll know is Gryffindor, Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw and Slytherin.

These all feature the house coat of arms as well as the sorting hat and a little jewel, and come in silver and gold.

But what really caught our eye are the single charms you can get, shaped like significant objects from the books, but with a luxe makeover.

So you’ve got a winged key, the Hogwarts Express, Harry’s glasses (embellished with black stones), and our favourite, Hermione’s time turner (gold with pearls).

The single charms all retail at $19.99 (about £15), which is quite the bargain. We bet even Hermione would be impressed with that.

Penny grew up in France and studied languages and law at the Sorbonne Nouvelle University in Paris before moving to the UK for her MA in multimedia journalism at Bournemouth University. She moved to the UK permanently and has never looked back (though she does go back regularly to stock up on cheese and wine).

Although she's always loved fashion - she used to create scrapbooks of her favourite trends and looks, including Sienna Miller and Kate Moss' boho phase - her first job was at MoneySavingExpert.com, sourcing the best deals for everything from restaurants to designer sales.

However she quit after two years to follow her true passion, fashion journalism, and after many years of internships and freelance stints at magazines including Red, Cosmopolitan, Stylist and Good Housekeeping, landed her dream job as the Digital Fashion Editor at Marie Claire UK.

Her favourite part of the job is discovering new brands and meeting designers, and travelling the world to attend events and fashion shows. Seeing her first Chanel runway IRL at Paris Fashion Week was a true pinch-me moment.
