Converse are one of the most iconic brands of footwear in the world. Almost everybody owns a pair, or at least has done at some point in their lives.

So when we found out a while back that the perennially cool brand were teaming up with British design fave, J.W Anderson, we knew it was going to be a collab of epic proportions... Cue all-over glitter, in an array of colours in the classic trainer shape. AKA The Dream Shoe.

Now the shoes have finally landed and we're in love. As well as the glittery styles that everyone was already obsessed with at Fashion Week, the collection also features monochrome styles with 'J.W Anderson' text print, raw edged high tops in sandy suede and more of a modern trainer shape, complete with classic Converse star.

All the designs come in both men's and women's so you can even match with your boyf/hubby/brother/dad/whatever floats you boat.

Now if the last J.W. Anderson collab with Uniqlo was anything to go by, this is going to sell out FAST, so shop it now or regret it later.

J.W Anderson told BoF; 'I’ve been wearing Converse for years and years, so when they approached me I couldn’t turn it down because it’s something that I wear... Converse or Uniqlo serve an incredible purpose to me. They are universal and I would love J.W. Anderson to be that universal, but we don’t have that [production] volume.'

All we can say is, it was well worth the wait.
