  • Carla Bruni gets second billing behind Paul McCartney on Later with Jools Holland

Carla Bruni is set to make her British TV singing debut on the popular music show Later with Jools Holland, however, France’s First Lady is having to share the limelight with Paul McCartney and isn’t even getting first billing on the programme.

McCartney is set to headline September’s show with the first performance of The Fireman – his new collaboration with producer Youth – a song being described as ‘Arcade Fire meets Led Zeppelin’.

Bruni, meanwhile, will sing pieces from her latest album, Comme se de Rien n’etati.
