JK Rowling fairytale gets release date
JK Rowling is releasing her first book since Harry Potter, a fairytale called The Tales of Beedle The Bard.
A handwritten version of the tale, which is mentioned in a number of the Potter novels, was sold last year for £1.95 million, with the proceeds going to charity.
Now everyone will be able to get their hands on it, with copies for just £6.99 going on sale in December.
The illustrations in the book were also done by Rowling, who declared herself ‘delighted’ to be able to raise even more money for charity with this mass publication.
