Kate Middleton jets off to Mustique without Prince William
Kate Middleton and Prince William‘s holiday plans have been dashed owing to his work commitments.
The royal was due to join Kate and her family on the island of Mustique for two weeks in August – but will now be spending the month in Anglesey.
While Kate jets off to enjoy a month in the Caribbean, Wills is being transferred to Wales to train with the helicopter search and rescue teams at RAF Valley.
The course is designed to familiarise trainee helicopter pilots such as William, who is currently based at RAF Shawbury in Shropshire, with the role of Search and Rescue Force.
Mustique is made up of seven valleys, each with its own white sandy beach, and enjoys year-round temperatures of 75 to 80 degrees.
Angelesey, on the other hand, is likely to be windy and wet.
We know where we’d rather be!
