Prince William, Duke of Cambridge, heir to the throne, and Mr Kate Middleton, our future King has crammed a lot in since he was born in 1982. As well as being one of the most recognisable men on earth, he's a dutiful grandson to The Queen, son to Prince Charles and brother to Prince Harry - oh, and he's also a helicopter pilot.
He joined the Blues and Royals regiment of the Household Cavalry with Harry and is now a full time pilot with the Search and Rescue Force.
William met Kate when they were both students at St Andrews University in Scotland and the pair began dating in 2003. In 2010 the pair got engaged and Prince William married Catherine Middleton on 29 April 2011 at Westminster Abbey. More than 300 million of us watched the event as it was broadcast live around the world and we've followed their every move since.
