These Sweaty Betty deals were last checked on 28/11/2025 to ensure that all of the products below are still in stock and discounted. We'll continue to monitor them for further price drops.

As someone who works out five, sometimes even six, times a week, I can't stress enough how important functional and fashionable fit kit is to me. You see, if it isn't functional - that is to say, sweat-wicking, supportive, and breathable, it'll make my session a pain and likely never be worn again. But if it's so highly functional that I couldn't wear it to brunch with friends, I'll likely also swerve it in favour of more fashion-forward designs that look and feel good during workouts, too. Enter stage right: Sweaty Betty gym kit.

The originally British brand has long been one of my go-tos for stylish, compressive and mood-boosting workout gear, and there's a reason their Power leggings and Stamina bra have an almost cult-like following. Their kit really works, you see and is versatile enough to be worn for high-intensity, super sweaty sessions and a casual girls' lunch, too. If you've been considering investing in some new gym kit for a while but are unsure whether you can afford it, now might be a good time to invest, thanks to their Black Friday discounts.

While we don't endorse buying for the sake of it here at MC UK, I can personally attest that I own and love all of the kit below and rave about it regularly to friends and family (the Power shorts, Therma Boost half running zip and Power bra are my personal favourites). The items are high quality - they look good, support you through pretty much any workout (read: running, cycling, strength training, Pilates, hiking and more) and stand the test of time, too.

    Pilates Socks
WAS £25, NOW £20 AT SWEATY BETTY (SAVE 20%)

If you're one of the thousands in the UK who's taken up Pilates this year, investing in a good quality pair of grippy socks will make your practice that bit easier. These are incredibly soft thanks to their breathable organic cotton material, wash really well and have an effective grip panel on the sole to make sure you can maintain your pose, whether you're on a mat or Reformer.

How long does the Sweaty Betty Black Friday sale last?

The brand has already rolled out discounts across its website, offering 30% off most of its best-selling styles (and even more, in some instances). They normally wrap up the discount come Cyber Monday.

Is the Sweaty Betty Black Friday sale worth it?

Here at MC UK, we're all about sensible spending and making sure you're opting for trusted styles that'll make you feel great. That's why you have my word that I'm a personal fan of the Sweaty Betty kit - as a Senior Health Editor with almost ten years of industry exprience, it's a brand that I return to time and time again as I know the kit lasts the test of time.

Buy some of their best-selling gym leggings and you're investing in kit that you'll wear again and again. Case in point: I've had my Power leggings for the best part of six years now and they still look and feel as good as new.

    For now - happy browsing.
