'He's back' pronounces the first ad, over an image of Simon Cowell, while the second asks: 'Have you got it?'

The first teaser trailer debuted during the Super Bowl game in the US last night, entitled ‘The UnXploding Simon’ by broadcasters Fox.
The 30-second clip shows an explosion in reverse, with thousands of tiny X shapes flying through the air to form a cross-armed Simon Cowell, with the banner behind reading: ‘He’s Back.’
Frustratingly, it holds no clue as to who might be joining him on the illustrious judging panel, but it’s still enough to get us more than a little bit excited…
The explosive ad cost a reported $3million to air, and reached an estimated audience of 100 million people – revealing that the show would be coming to US channel Fox in the fall.
But by our calculations, if this year’s British X Factor were to stick to its usual schedule of first hitting screens around September/October time, this would mean a definite timetable clash…
The second advert, shown on the Fox website, features a selection of music megastars, including Katy Perry, Lady Gaga and Madonna, along with the titles: ‘They’ve got it.’
The ad then wraps up with the now familiar image of Mr Cowell underneath the banner: ‘Have you got it?’
