Could it be third time lucky for model turned businesswoman Katie Price as she announces plans to marry Leandro Penna?

Katie Price is smiling. In fact, she's grinning like a Cheshire Cat. And it's all because she's getting married...again.

The model turned businesswoman was spied wearing a pink diamond ring at a romantic dinner last week and now Katie Price's spokesperson has confirmed the news:

'It's true - they are engaged. Leandro proposed to Katie while they were away skiing recently - and she said yes. They told her children but had intended to keep it secret for a while,' her rep told The Sun.

'No wedding arrangements have been made and they are both quite relaxed about that for the time being.'

Katie, 33 and Leandro, 26, first met at an Oscars party hosted by Elton John in 2011.

An on-again, off-again romance ensued until the couple split last October. But they have been back together since February and model Leandro has even relocated from his native Argentina to be with Katie and is taking English lessons.

Of course, it's not the first time that Katie Price has played the blushing bride.

She married Peter Andre in 2005 but the pair divorced in 2009.

She wed Alex Reid in 2010 but the couple were granted a divorce after Katie called the marriage as a rebound relationship.
