Kate Middleton opted for a red, white and blue dress to meet with pupils at Willows Primary School
Kate Middleton fashioned her baby bump in an Erdem creation paying a subtle patriotic nod to red white and (navy) blue as she arrived in Manchester today. The label’s Sophia dress features red and navy panels with a white posy print and comes with a £1,065 price tag.
To finish off her ensemble, the Duchess of Cambridge had just a hint of a bump under her dress and opted to accesorise with navy heels and a small clutch, wearing her hair down in the rising temperatures.
Kate Middleton arrived at Wilmslow station by train fighting off the early-morning chill in a camel coloured coat before taking it off as it got warmer. She was greeted with a special hamper for her dog, Lupo by excited members of the public who proudly waved St George’s Cross flags.
The trip to the city sees Kate Middleton visit the Willows Primary School in Wythenshawe to launch a special counseling programme that supports children of addicts. The royal was able to put in some parenting practice as she met with pupils at the school who have benefited from charity Palce2Be’s services.
Kate Middleton joined her husband, Prince William and Prince Harry in taking on a patronage with The Royal Foundation who works alongside Comic Relief, Place2Be and Action on Addiction to help reduce the impact addition has on children and their families.
It’s set to be a busy week for Kate Middleton following her visit to Manchester she’ll head to a charity reception at the National Portrait Gallery on Wednesday before going to the Warner Bros. studios on Friday for a special tour with guests from the charities she supports.
