Duchess Kate and her mother Carole Middleton were seen stocking up on nursery supplies

Kate Middleton appears to be just like the rest of us, well almost, she can’t wait for the arrival of the royal baby either! So much so she’s been busy stocking up on nursery supplies three months ahead of her due date.

The Duchess of Cambridge was spotted in South Kensington last Thursday and who better to advise her on what a newborn needs than her mother Carole Middleton who was seen shopping with her daughter.

The duo had a beautiful Moses basket in their arms after leaving the Blue Almonds boutique on Walton Street – a store that specialises in accessories, clothing and interior designs. Onlookers later saw Kate Middleton shop for a buggy at Peter Jones in Sloane Square – clearly she was on a mission!

The mother and daughter dressed down for their spree, Kate Middleton opted jeans with a navy top complete with a white lace collar cinched in at the waist while her brunette tresses were worn in a ponytail. Carole kept things low key too in jeans worn with a white shirt and blazer.
