Cara Delevingne can add yet another high profile ad campaign to her already bumper CV, as she goes all grunge on us as the latest star face of Saint Laurent.

With her tomboyish style, the British model-of-the-moment is the perfect fit for the California grunge-inspired collection from the luxury French label, appearing alongside DIIV musician Cole Smith in the ads.

Shot by Hedi Slimane, creative director of Saint Laurent, the images show Cara in a series of poses wearing key pieces from the line whilst in a house beside the sea in Los Angeles.

The 20-year-old Londoner pulls off the Courtney Love-esque look to perfection wearing floral babydoll dresses, fluffy mohair cardigans, bejewelled fishnet tights and buckled biker boots, to name just a few items.

In keeping with the '90s grunge theme, rocker Cole models the Saint Laurent menswear offering for autumn/winter 2013 looking reminiscent of Nirvana frontman Kurt Cobain with his blonde mop of hair. The label has also released a video of the campaign to accompany the images, which features a track by his band DIIV (take a look at it below).

Cara is the latest star name to appear in ads for Saint Laurent since Hedi took over at the helm of the brand last year. The campaigns all have a heavy music influence with rock 'n' roll and dance music icons including Marilyn Manson, Courtney Love and Daft Punk all appearing in the label's ongoing Music Project campaign.
