The British model hit the red carpet for premiere of The Great Gatsby
Cara Delevingne made her Cannes Festival red carpet debut in serious style last night at the premiere of The Great Gatsby.
The British model hit the red carpet for the star-studded opening ceremony on the French Riviera, wearing a gothic black gown with sheer lace sleeves and back detailing by luxury label Burberry.
She teamed her silk plunge-neck column dress with platform black heels and sparkling jewellery by Chopard for an extra dose of red carpet glamour, while for beauty, Cara wore her long blonde hair in a side parting and loosely tousled, while her eyes were dramatic and dark, and her lips were a deep red.
A whole host of other models joined the Burberry poster girl at the Cannes opening ceremony, including Georiga May Jagger and original supermodel Cindy Crawford. The star-studded cast of Baz Luhrmann's The Great Gatsby were, naturally, in attendance too. Lead star Carey Mulligan had a fairytale moment on the red carpet in a blush pink Dior gown, while co-stars Leonardo DiCaprio and Tobey Maguire each opted for a classic black tux.
