CELEBRITY SPLITS 2011 The pair have said they are ready to work on their future since Sarah Harding checked herself into rehab for depression and alcohol addiction.
It was reported Sarah's drinking problem caused a rift in their relationship, which led to the couple calling off their engagement in September.
Cracks started to appear while Tom was away DJing in Ibiza for the summer and left Sarah working on her first feature film lead role in Brit flick Run For Your Wife.
But now it seems the pair have decided to reunite.
A source told The Sun: 'Sarah and Tom are back together with sanctions from Tom about their lifestyle. They've been having heart-to-heart chats and the outcome is that they're going to try again.'
