Kate Middleton has kept the public guessing over her baby’s gender although it may have been in vain as her brother-in-law, Prince Harry appears to have let slip that she’s expecting a boy. The excited royal is reportedly ecstatic at the thought of being an uncle that he couldn’t resist revealing the baby’s gender.

The Sunday People report Kate Middleton’s baby is a boy with a source telling the newspaper: ‘Harry has been telling everyone Wills and Kate are having a boy and how thrilled he is at the prospect of having a little nephew.’

And it’s not just Harry who is enthusiastic about the third in line to the throne being a boy, the insider revealed the Duchess of Cambridge has ‘always wanted a boy.’

The reports come as a surprise following the couple’s official refusal to share the sex of their baby although speculation of a boy has been mounting. Kate Middleton reportedly picked up a new Bugaboo pram in a light blue, and Prince Harry was recently seen clutching a blue teddy as he walked through Kensington Palace Gardens.
