Kate Middleton has taken up a new hobby ahead of the royal baby’s arrival
Kate Middleton appears pretty much perfect at everything, most predominantly being a fashion icon and very active charity supporter but she’s finally revealed there’s one thing that needs improvement.
While it’s hard to believe that the Duchess of Cambridge has a flaw, she admitted while on a trip to Glasgow with Prince William on Thursday that she’s taken up a new hobby ahead of her baby’s birth but isn’t all that good at it.
As the royal was handed a knitted teddy bear by Rachel Sawyer who works at Quarriers homeless shelter Kate said: ‘That’s really kind of you. I’ll have to ask for some tips, I’ve been trying to knit myself and I’m really bad.’
Say it ain’t so Kate!
Clearly excited for the royal baby’s arrival, the Duchess added about the toy: ‘I’ll save it for the big day.’
It’s not the first time Kate Middleton has revealed her love of crafts, Marie Claire exclusively reported that her wedding dress had introduced her to needlework.
Sophie Long, one of the embroiderers from the Royal School of Needlework, who worked on the Duchess of Cambridge’s wedding dress told us: ‘Kate showed a real interest in embroidery, which made it extra special.’
