What delivery options are available?
Customers can choose from a variety of delivery options. UK standard delivery is free for orders over £40 and will arrive within 3-5 working days. Alternatively, orders under £40 cost £2.99. Express delivery is free for MyTFS members or £3.49 for non-members and will be delivered within 2 working days if the order is placed before 8 pm. Next-day delivery costs £3.99 and will be delivered on the next working day if placed before 8 pm. Royal Mial special delivery costs £6.99 and will be delivered before 1 pm on the next working day if the order is placed before 2:30 pm Monday - Friday. The Fragrance Shop click-and-collect service costs £1.99 and is free for orders over £40.

What payment options does The Fragrance Shop accept?
The Fragrance Shop accepts payments made using Visa, MasterCard, Amex, PayPal, Klarna and gift cards.
Does The Fragrance Shop accept returns?
Of course. Customers have 90 days from the date of delivery to be entitled to receive a full refund. Just make sure that the item is in pristine condition, with no signs of wear or use, and that it has its original tags attached. Refunds will be granted at the discretion of The Fragrance Shop team.
Does The Fragrance Shop offer free returns?
Unfortunately, customers wanting to return their items must cover the cost of delivery themselves.
How do I return my item?
To return your item to The Fragrance Shop, items must be reboxed in their original packaging. Obtain an RMA number by clicking ‘My Account’ and following the instructions that will be provided to you. You can then write the RMA number on the outside of your parcel and post it to the location specified in the confirmation email.
Can I return my online order to a store near me?
Yes, customers can return their online order to a Fragrance Shop near them. Make sure that your item is in unused condition and all original packaging is retained, and show your E-receipt to a member of the team to qualify for a full refund.

My TFS Fragrance Shop Membership: Join the My TFS Fragrance Shop membership scheme to benefit from a number of exclusive members-only perks and rewards. Choose between three different membership options, My TFS, My TFS Plus and My TFS Family. My TFS costs £15 per year and will see customers benefitting from 3 x 20% off discounts per year, free unlimited express delivery and exclusive perks and unique offers all year long, whilst My TFS Plus costs £25 per year and comes with 5 x 20% discounts. My TFS Family costs £39 per year and comes with an unlimited 20% discount on all online purchases as well as 20% off a Scentaddict subscription. Student Discount: The Fragrance Shop offers a 15% discount for students when they verify their student status using Unidays or Student Beans. Simply log in or sign up for a Uniday or Student Beans account to receive an exclusive student discount code directly into your email inbox. Copy and paste the student discount code into the discount code box and click ‘Apply’. Your 15% discount should automatically be applied to your total.
Graduate Discount: The Fragrance Shop is also proud to offer a 15% discount for graduates. This means that people who have graduated within the last 5 years won’t have to miss out on discount codes that will see them save a substantial proportion of money on their order from The Fragrance Shop. Recent graduates just need to verify their graduate status using their Grad Beans account and will receive an exclusive graduate discount code which they can copy and paste into the discount code box when they go to pay.
