How can I get free shipping at Paula’s Choice?
You can get free standard delivery with any purchase of more than £40. For purchases less than £40, there is a small shipping fee of £2.95. In addition, next day delivery is free for orders more than £100 (this can usually cost £2.95-£4.95).
Can I get a first order discount at Paula’s Choice?
Yes, and it’s a generous one! Sign up for the brand’s email newsletter and Paula’s Choice will send you £10 off your first purchase of £40 or more. We’re used to seeing brands offer 10-15% off, so £10 off is a strong discount.
Does Paula’s Choice have a student discount?
Yes. Students can enjoy 15% off online purchases at Paula’s Choice. All you need to do is log into your UNiDAYs account to confirm you are a student. After this, Paula’s Choice will send your unique code.
Are returns free at Paula’s Choice?
No, you are responsible for covering return shipping costs. Paula’s Choice does allow returns of its items, unlike most skincare brands. You can return your item used, but not empty bottles. It’s worth noting you can return within 60 days for a refund to your original payment method or up to 180 days for store credit.
