Can I get free delivery at Boohoo?
You can sign up for Premier Delivery at Boohoo, which costs £5.99 per year and will give you free express delivery. Once you’ve purchased 3 orders, Boohoo have calculated you will save £7.98 with Premier based on UK next-delivery prices.
What are my delivery cost options?
The lowest price delivery cost is Boohoo’s new InPost Locker delivery for a small fee of £2.99, or standard delivery for £3.99 per order. If you’d like a quicker delivery, you can choose express delivery for £4.99 or next-day for £5.99.
Does Boohoo have a student discount?
Yes, Boohoo has an exceptional student discount of 25% off almost everything. At the moment, you can also get an extra 20% off, too. You will need to log into UNiDAYS or Student Beans to confirm you’re a student, and see your discount.
Are returns free at Boohoo?
If you do have Premier Delivery, you can get one free return per order. For other shoppers, returns are not free at Boohoo. However, returns only cost a small charge of £1.99 per order. You can return your item within 21 days of receiving it from Boohoo.
