How much does delivery cost at La Roche-Posay?
Standard delivery costs £3.95 on orders of less than £25. If your order is over £25, then standard delivery is free. Need your order the next day? La Roche Posay has next-day delivery for £6.95. If your order is more than £75, next-day delivery is free.
Does La Roche-Posay have a newsletter discount?
Yes, absolutely. Sign up for the brand’s email newsletter and get 20% off your first purchase. You’ll need to click our relevant code, continue to the website, and select ‘20% off your first order’. Once you’ve added your email address, you’ll immediately be sent a welcome email with your discount code.
Can I refer a friend to La Roche Posay?
Yes. La Roche-Posay has a brilliant refer-a-friend programme. You can refer a friend and they’ll get £10 off their first purchase of £50 or more. Can I get free returns at La Roche-Posay?
Yes. La Roche Posay will cover ‘reasonable delivery costs’ you have when returning the product. However, you will need to include proof of the postage receipt. The brand recommends ‘Post Office Royal Mail Signed For’ delivery for this. You will have 28 days after the date you receive the product to cancel if you’ve changed your mind. Your order should not be unsealed or personalised.
