Can I get a first time discount at Ambassador Cruise Line?
Whilst there is no specific email sign up discount, you can save on your first cruise when referred by a friend. If your friend successfully refers you, you’ll both get £250 credit to spend onboard, depending on the cruise length.
Does Ambassador Cruise Line have a Blue Light Card discount?
Yes! NHS staff and healthcare professionals can save an exclusive 5% off no-fly cruises with a Blue Light Card account. You’ll need to confirm your work by logging into your online account, then you’ll be able to see your unique code.
Can I get a seniors discount at Ambassador Cruise Line?
Yes, absolutely. If you’re aged over 50 and hold a Seniors Railcard, you can get 5% off at Ambassador Cruise Line. It’s worth noting this discount is not valid on festive events, fly-cruises, selected charters or on Black Friday promotions.
Is there a free cancellation policy at Ambassador Cruise Line?
No, cancellation is not free. However, you will only need to pay the full deposit if you cancel within 91 days or more before departure. After this, charges increase as the departure date nears. For more information, check the Booking Conditions page.

Ambassador Guarantee: This might not technically be a saving, but it’ll give you peace of mind. Ambassador Cruise Line is confident you’ll enjoy your time—but if you don’t, there’s a money-back Ambassador Guarantee. Note: you must be on a cruise of 4 days or more and state your intention to leave and reason to the Hotel Director within 24 hours of embarkation.
