Kristen will be promoting her new film On The Road in Toronto tonight, and she has reportedly been 'fretting' about her return to the media spotlight and hoping that her latest movie is well-received.

All eyes will be on the star as she makes her first public appearance after the breakdown of her high-profile relationship with R-Patz, after revelations of her affair with Snow White and the Huntsman director Rupert Sanders emerged.

Over in LA at the MTV Video Music Awards, fans will be mobbing Robert, who is scheduled to introduce 90 seconds of brand-new Twilight: Breaking Dawn 2 footage alongside co-star Taylor Lautner and other cast members - a near-annual ritual that usually includes an appearance by Stewart. Pattinson recently admitted that he's been compulsively following his breakup drama in the press, and said the obsession was akin to 'picking a scab.'
