Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner proved the power of their friendship goes beyond the Twilight series as they were spotted partying together on Tuesday night spending the evening at Troubadour club in Hollywood.

While Kristen’s boyfriend, Robert Pattinson takes a break from the huge media interest around him as he films The Rover in Australia, his girlfriend was not given the same luxury.

Swarms of photographers gathered around Kristen Stewart, Taylor Lautner and their group of friends as they made their way to the nightspot. The actress was keen to hide her face and remain inconspicuous as her large group of girl friends tried to hide her from the flashbulbs.

The A-listers may have been heading to a club but their choice of dress didn’t stipulate an evening of drinking champagne. Instead Kristen dressed down in her signature style of turned up jeans, a grey tea with lace up plimsolls and a backwards cap.

Taylor followed style suit clad in a black t-shirt and jeans also wearing a backwards baseball cap.

After six years of filming the Twilight franchise together, Taylor and Kristen have become close friends, recently they were spotted at Lucky Strike bowling alley in LA celebrating Taylor’s 21st birthday.
