Kristen Stewart is reportedly keen to reunite on screen with boyfriend Robert Pattinson

Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson have only recently waved goodbye to the Twilight film franchise, but before the memory can fade rumours have surfaced that the actress is keen for the duo to reunite on a new film.

Hollywoodlife report that Kristen Stewart has been mulling over scripts for her next project and one of her priorities is to include Robert Pattinson in the casting.

An insider told the website: ‘Kristen has been busy looking at different scripts but what she really wants to do is a romantic, quirky comedy with Rob.’

Understandably Kristen’s reason for wanting to work with her boyfriend again aren’t solely professional and who can blame her? The source added: ‘Kristen doesn’t want to be separated for long periods of time from Robert like when he went to Australia. This way they can work together and play together.’

Fans may have to wait a while for such a reunion though – Robert Pattinson was spotted at the InterContinental Hotel in LA meeting with film producers over the weekend. Sadly there was no sign of Kristen with a hotel insider revealing to Hollywoodlife:

‘Robert Pattinson has been here on a few occasions speaking to people in our lobby area. He was [at InterContinental] for about an hour talking to a few guys in suits, very business looking with what appeared to be scripts on the table.’

With gritty films such as The Rover and another about the Iraq war being the most recent additions to Robert’s acting portfolio, perhaps a rom com with Kristen is just what he needs…
