Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart may have enough money to fly first class around the world, but the low-key couple prefer to shun showbiz stereotypes and instead plan to spend this summer touring Europe in a camper van.

The Sun report the recently reunited lovebirds will join a group of friends on a road trip around some of the most stunning sights of the continent. Instead of lapping up the luxurious settings of five-star hotels, the couple will go back to basics in a cramped camper van.

And it’s all Robert Pattinson’s idea! He’s planned the road trip for a while with a source telling the newspaper: ‘Before they got back together he intended to go to Italy, France and Germany if time allows.

‘They will have a group of friends on the same trip — and they have asked their mutual pal Katy Perry to meet up along the way.’

That certainly sounds like an amazing holiday!

Since Robert’s return to LA following over two months filming in the Australian outback he’s been making the most of some couple time with Kristen. The duo have been spotted together numerous times in the past week, the latest of which saw them pick up supplies at the supermarket.

Kristen is about to start working on her latest film, The Big Shoe, which means her summer holiday around Europe will be the perfect reunion with Robert.
