Jennifer Lopez just had a totally relatable spanx moment on live television

Same, girl.

J. Lo may have one of the most legendary booties of all time, but even the Jenny From the Block singer has a little help. While promoting her new series on The Ellen Show, she hopped up to demonstrate a dance move and accidentally flashed the audience her spanx.

She and her co-stars Jenna Dewan, Derek Hough and singer Ne-Yo were all on the show to promote their upcoming reality show World of Dance and unsurprisingly, one of the talented dancers got up and grooved. As Ellen quizzed them about everything from what Jenna Dewan’s daughter thought of Derek Hough through to J. Lo’s boyfriend Alex Rodriguez’s bashful texting habits, the conversation quickly took a turn for the cheeky.

Jennifer jumped up to tease her co-star Derek Hough and demonstrate his signature dance move, which was when things went a little awry.

She hopped up to her feet excitedly and explained to the audience, ‘[Derek] gets up and he goes-’

Then she spread her legs and body rolled energetically. However, her gorgeous blue dress let her down as she accidentally flashed her spanx through the split in the front.

Within seconds, J. Lo caught the mishap and immediately clutched at her dress to cover it up as she screamed, ‘Oh no my spanx!’

She readjusted herself, grinning bashfully, as she demonstrated the move again. It took Derek Hough a couple of seconds to completely understand what had just happened as he blurted ‘what?’ in confusion, before Jennifer ordered him to show off the move she had just tried to pull.

Ever a game player, the Dancing With the Stars instructor stood up and began cutting a rug across the room - saving Jennifer from further embarrassment. After he finished, he walked over to Jennifer and held his hands out apologetically.

She told him, ‘If I didn’t have my spanx showing, I could have done it a little bit better.’

Ellen DeGeneres quipped, ‘It was wonderful watching you adjust them. That was hilarious.’

The couch full of guests quickly erupted into giggles, including J. Lo who covered her face with her hands in embarrassment. It didn't take long before the moment started to go viral on the internet, with other stars like Kelly Roland and even spanx themselves weighing in below.

In our humble opinion, the 48 year old has absolutely nothing to be ashamed of.

We'd give our left kidney to look anything like her now and deal with a wardrobe malfunction with even a fraction of her cool headedness.
