Queen Bey may already share a historical mansion in New Orleans with Jay Z (that they purchased for $2.6 million) but it seems the musical pair are ready for serious Beyoncé house upgrade.

This will be the first Los Angeles real estate that the pair will have invested in, despite them calling LA home for years. And, if they get it, it'll undoubtedly be one of the best celebrity homes in the area.
