In a recent survey, Tu at Sainsbury’s discovered that over half (52%) of pregnant women and new mums feel their mental health has been negatively affected during the pandemic. In response to the findings, Tu teamed up with Motherkind, a multi-media digital platform aimed at sharing skills and experiences via a network of parents, to launch four free online workshops.
The final two workshops are running on the 2nd and 4th March, and will cover partner relationships and socialising your baby, to help give advice and support:
2nd March, 10am – How to socialise your baby when you can’t socialise
Co-hosted by Motherkind and child psychologist Dr Nneka (@mellownest.mindful.parents), the workshop will cover baby brain development and how to help your baby or toddler transition to other care settings when the time comes.
4th March, 8.30pm – How not to hate your partner, and reconnect as a couple
Hosted by Motherkind, this workshop is all about relationships and will cover why relationships can suffer so much in the early days, and some simple (but transformational) tools to stop you ‘hating’ your partner and reconnect as a couple again.
There are a few things that you might question whether a digital experience cuts it or comes anywhere near to experiencing the real thing, and a digital wine tasting is one of them. A view that I swore by before knowing anything about the VIVANT world.
But, I can firmly say I was mistaken. VIVANT has managed to craft the ultimate luxury digital experience that feels just as good as the real thing. The latest addition to their live roster, is pretty special. It’s all about a rather rare Burgundy Pinot Noir, the Simone 2018, of which there are only 1800 bottles.

By becoming a Vivant member, you have the opportunity to join these rather wonderful live experiences. Membership costs £149 annually.
