We're not suggesting you give up booze or, god forbid, cheese, but you might find you can incorporate some of these celebrity diet tips into your every day life. Some of them you definitely will not.

The stunning model swears by munching on nutrient-rich steamed vegetables, fish and fresh fruit. She says: ‘The first step is eating healthy. I predominantly eat organic when I can. I eat extremely healthy because when I do, I have more energy. I love spinach, avocado, lots of greens and broccoli.’
The singer, whose curves we just love, sticks to a strict meal plan and pops vitamins and supplements like they’re going out of style. During her last tour, she told People magazine: ‘I liked to have a light soup, a piece of grilled chicken and some quinoa with grilled asparagus for dinner. I always need my daily vitamins and I loved fresh-pressed juices and coconut water. I also love snacks, but pick healthier options like veggies and hummus or tangerines.’
The mother-of-four just loves her Honestly Healthy cookbook. It’s based on the alkaline diet, which basically focuses on getting the body’s acidic levels down and the alkaline levels up. This can be done by ditching refined sugars and replacing them with things like honey and coconut palm sugar, eating mostly raw food and skipping all cow dairy products with sheep and goat’s milk. A top tip is to drink a cup of hot water with lemon every morning to kickstart your alkaline levels.
Jen’s diet advice is simple: ‘Just stop eating sh*t every day.’ Her diet consists of oily fish, quinoa, lentils and green vegetables. She has also revealed that she takes liquid fish oil everyday as well as a supplement called resveratrol, which is supposed to be good for your heart.

The former Sex and the City star is said to stick to a low carb, high protein diet, but her main weight loss tip is to remain as active as possible: walk instead of getting a taxi, walk up escalators instead of just standing on them. Find easy, every day, ways to burn calories.
The model is a big fan of nutrient rich smoothies and soups. Packed with anti-oxidants, minerals and vitamins, Rosie loves to make the smoothies herself with some of her fave ingredients being cucumber, kale, carrots, apple and parsley. She also often adds the Japanese wholefood Chlorella to her juices.

The burlesque beauty is also a big fan of smoothies and has revealed that she hasn’t touched a fizzy drink in 15 years. Her smoothie of choose? A combo of spinach, kale, and dark leafy greens mixed with fruit.

The main idea is that you eat five meals a day, each one consisting a lean protein, low-GI carbohydrate, adequate fibre, ‘good fats’, and a sugar-free drink. Each meal should be around 300 calories, but you’ll stay full by eating so regularly.

In the run up to a catwalk show, the Victoria’s Secret model undergoes a very strict diet regime. And we mean strict. With the Ketogenic diet plan reportedly being a firm favourite. Before her last big assignment, she told The Telegraph: ‘I’m doing a combination of different protein shakes – it’s called Metagenics. And also, I only can eat green vegetables, everything grilled or steamed, or four ounces of any type of protein. And usually that’s what I have for lunch and dinner, and every three hours in between I have a protein shake or cereal bar.’ Now, that’s dedication!
