Can I get Zee and Co free delivery?
Unfortunately, their free delivery option isn't available for UK orders. All UK deliveries incur a cost of £4.99. However, you can save in other areas of your order with the addition of a Zee and Co discount code.
What is the returns policy at Zee & Co.?
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase from Zee & Co. you can return it. At Zee & Co. they have a 14-day returns policy which means you’ll have 14 days after purchase to return your order. All items must be returned in their original condition, with all packaging and tags still intact. Returns are free of charge for UK residents. Make sure to include either a copy of your invoice or the returns procedure guide (which you will have received along with your original order) in your return parcel. Zee & Co. advise that you allow up to seven working days to receive your refund. Please note that Zee & Co. do not accept returns on underwear, earrings, facemasks (for hygiene reasons), perfumes or fragrances.
What will my order be packaged in?
At Zee & Co., they have multiple packaging options for you to choose from. Their default packaging is called ‘basic packaging’ which comes in a plain box with no logo. If no alternate packaging option is made, this is how your order will arrive. Their second option is luxury gift packaging. This means your order will come in the Zee & Co. signature silver box along with Zee & Co. tissue. Please note that this packaging option is free on all orders over £250 (providing that they are non-sale items). For orders under £250, this packaging option will cost £5.
What payment options are available at Zee & Co.?
At Zee & Co., they have an abundance of payment methods available for you to choose from. They accept major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, and American Express. They also accept alternative methods including PayPal and Amazon Pay.
Where can I find a Zee and Co student discount?
