Does Simply Be offer express delivery?
They sure do. If you'd prefer a faster delivery option, you can choose next-day delivery for £5.99. This will arrive the following working day provided that you place your order before 11pm.
Does Simply Be offer Click & Collect?
If you're happy to pick up your order from in-store, you can opt for Click & Collect which is free of charge on all orders over £40. Your order can be sent to a local Evri ParcelShop which you can choose at the checkout.
What is Be Unlimited?
At Simply Be, they have an unlimited delivery option called Be Unlimited. Simply make a one-off payment of £10.99, and you'll get unlimited delivery for an entire year. That way, you'll save money on those pesky delivery fees if you're a regular customer at Simply Be.
What is Simply Be Perks?

Is there a student discount at Simply Be?
Yes, students can get a huge 30% discount when they shop at Simply Be. Simply verify your student status by signing up for or logging into your Student Beans account and receive an exclusive student discount code. Copy and paste your discount code into the discount code box when you check out and the discount will automatically be applied to your total.
Simply Be also offers a 30% graduate discount code to customers who have graduated within the last 5 years. Simply verify your graduate status using Grad Beans to receive your graduate discount code which you will be able to copy and paste into the discount code box when you go to pay. Does Simply Be accept returns?
Yes, and returns are free. Items can be returned within 28 days of receipt, as long as they are in new, unused condition and are in their original packaging with all tags attached. Items must not show any signs of deodorant, sweat, cooking odours, tobacco or other smells that indicate use. Select products are not eligible for a refund, such as flowers, perfume, underwear and personalised items.
How can I make a return at Simply Be?
Firstly, repackage your item and include a note which states your order number and the reason for your return. Next, attach your returns label to the outside of the parcel before either arranging a courier pick-up service or dropping it off at your nearest post office. Just make sure that you retain your receipt as proof of postage.
