Rihanna's new lingerie collection looks both sexy and comfortable

Don't we all deserve to have underwear that's just as pretty as it is actually comfortable to wear (life's too short for a wedgie)? Rihanna certainly thinks so, if her new Savage x Fenty lingerie drop is anything to go by.

Launching especially for Valentine's Day, it promises to be 'Xtra AF' and we'd expect nothing else of Riri, she of the Met Gala dress that launched a thousand memes.

The 23-piece collection obviously looks sexy, and comes in exclusively pink, red and black - but that's not to say it doesn't look comfortable too.

We're particularly into the sheer bras with heart-shaped pasties and embroidered lip, and cute bodies and babydoll nighties.

Plus, prices are affordable (around £53 being the most expensive item) and sizes are pretty inclusive too (32A to 44DD in bras and XS to 3X in undies and sleepwear).

Too good just to keep for Valentine's Day. As Riri herself put it on Instagram, it's never too early to 'love your damn self'.

Penny grew up in France and studied languages and law at the Sorbonne Nouvelle University in Paris before moving to the UK for her MA in multimedia journalism at Bournemouth University. She moved to the UK permanently and has never looked back (though she does go back regularly to stock up on cheese and wine).

Although she's always loved fashion - she used to create scrapbooks of her favourite trends and looks, including Sienna Miller and Kate Moss' boho phase - her first job was at MoneySavingExpert.com, sourcing the best deals for everything from restaurants to designer sales.

However she quit after two years to follow her true passion, fashion journalism, and after many years of internships and freelance stints at magazines including Red, Cosmopolitan, Stylist and Good Housekeeping, landed her dream job as the Digital Fashion Editor at Marie Claire UK.

Her favourite part of the job is discovering new brands and meeting designers, and travelling the world to attend events and fashion shows. Seeing her first Chanel runway IRL at Paris Fashion Week was a true pinch-me moment.
