Mulberry throws a pool party in Los Angeles

Creative director Emma Hill played host to LA's most stylish starlets with a Mulberry bash at the Chateau Marmont

Mulberry hosted a party in Los Angeles last night wall-to-wall with stylish starlets to celebrate the new spring/summer 2012 collection.

Channelling the Californian vibe, the classic British brand decided to throw a pool party at the city's famous Chateau Marmont hotel with a glitzy sit-down dinner and drinks.

Perrenial style crush, Kate Bosworth, was the star attraction, looking suitably chic in an olive green shift dress, gem embellished courts and a Harriet clutch bag – all my Mulberry, natch. The blonde starlet – who was accompanied by new boyfriend Michael Polish – rubbed shoulders with the likes of Mulberry Creative Director, Emma Hill, as well as British TV presenter Cat Deeley, Gia Coppola and actresses Alice Eve, Jaime King and Juno Temple.

There was also musical entertainment in the form of singer-of-the-moment, Lana Del Rey, who performed an acoustic set of her album tracks, before the well-heeled guests made their way onto Bungalow One to hit the dance floor.
