The actress hit the red carpet in Paris in a strapless Dior Couture dress – but do you love or hate her look?

She’s long been our celebrity style crush with a sweet ‘60s-inspired off-duty style and a knack of pulling off riskier red carpet looks, but has Michelle Williams taken it one step too far with her latest ensemble?

The Oscar-nominated actress hit the red carpet last night for the Paris premiere of My Week With Marilyn, wearing a strapless sugary pink gown with silver embroidery detailing and a large bow across the front from Christian Dior’s Haute Couture spring/summer 2011 collection.

She completed the look with some silver peep-toe heels, also by Dior, and a flash of glossy red lipstick.

How do you rate her look? Do you think Michelle looked pretty in pink and pulled off another style masterstroke in this Dior creation (that’s out of her 1960s-esque comfort zone, it has to be said)? Or did she take a sartorial gamble that didn’t come off in this too-fairytale-princess-for-some dress?
