The superstar singer can be seen wearing numerous pieces from the British high street store in her latest set of Tumblr pictures
When Beyonce released her latest set of intimate snaps onto her Tumblr site yesterday, we couldn’t help but ooh and aah over her fun summer wardrobe.
And despite feeling a tad deflated afterwards at the thought of never being able to afford her designer attire, we’ve now been given a glimmer of hope that we too could look like Beyonce, since most of the clothes she’s wearing are from high street favourite Topshop. Hallelujah!
The snaps, which were uploaded onto her iam.beyonce.com website, show the superstar singer and unofficial Topshop poster girl wearing pieces from the store in a series of fun scenarios alongside her hubby Jay-Z and a group of her closest friends.
In one shot, Bey can be seen smiling from ear-to-ear as she sits on a swing underneath a tree wearing a cream and pink embroidered mesh maxi dress (reduced from £100 down to £30 in the Topshop sale and still available to buy online), while in another she is pictured doing a spot of hula hooping sporting a £140 printed Maarten Van Der Hoorst for Topshop blazer (that’s sadly now sold out).
Elsewhere on the site, the star can be seen wearing a beaded cross-body bag (£30 and still online) and a tricky-to-pull-off-for-some Aztec print onesie (£34 and available) as she sits in front of a blue caravan in one particularly cool shot.
And it’s not just the singer who’s getting in on the Topshop action. In one picture, sister Solange Knowles is snapped wearing the brand too in a red and white paisley print tee and matching shorts from the Boutique line (which have both sold out).
The professional-looking pictures are a huge PR coup for Topshop and act as an unofficial campaign starring the songstress. And it’s done the trick, because we’ll definitely be clicking on over to the store’s website and snapping up some of the pieces. But if you fancy getting your hands on the items too, be quick, because they’re sure to sell out fast after this endorsement from one of the world’s most popular stars.
